1 1/2 oz Cognac
1 oz Creme de Cacao WhiteTopped with Champagne
1 1/2 oz Half/Half (equal parts double cream & milk)
Grated Nutmeg to garnish
Pear & Rosemary
3/4 oz London Dry Gin
1 oz Pear & Rosemary Cordial
Topped with Champagne
Boulevardier
1 oz Bourbon Whisky
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 oz Campari
Garnish with Orange zest
