Tom Dixon

Established in 2002, Tom Dixon is a British luxury design brand represented internationally. Specialising in furniture, lighting and accessories, the brand has hubs in London and New York. With an aesthetic intrinsically inspired by its British roots, Tom Dixon products are internationally recognised for their pioneering use of materials and techniques.

Founder and eponymous Creative Director Tom Dixon is a restless innovator who rose to prominence in the mid-1980s as a maverick, untrained designer with a line in welded salvage furniture. While working with the Italian giant Cappellini he designed the widely acclaimed S Chair. In the late 1990s, Tom became Creative Director at Habitat, rejuvenating the brand while honouring Terence Conran's vision of enriching everyday life through simple, modern design.

Today, Tom is one of the industry's most feted British designers and is internationally heralded as a significantly original talent. With a career spanning over four decades, in 2024 he was awarded a CBE (Commander of the Order of the British Empire) by King Charles III for his services to design.

Best-selling products such as Beat, Melt, the S Chair and Fat are instantly recognisable and have been acquired by the world's most prestigious institutions, including the Victoria & Albert Museum in London, MoMA in New York and the Centre Pompidou in Paris.

In collaboration with NUDE, Tom Dixon brings his sculptural vision to the art of glassware — creating lead-free crystalline pieces that are as visually striking as they are functional. Each glass is designed to elevate the everyday ritual of drinking into something more considered and beautiful.
