Inspired by the shape of smooth pebbles, the namesake NUDE Pebbles collection offers an organic quality, reminiscent of the fluid lines of the sea. Carved from solid crystalline glass, this large-sized piece rests atop a sturdy steel base, allowing it to be used as a hanger or a statement knob. Smaller versions are also available.

Crafted from Lead-free Crystal by hand, the Pebbles Hanger / Knob Large stands 1 3/4 inch tall with a lentgh of 3 3/4 inch and a depth of 4 4/7 inches. Care: Handwash recommended.

Erdem Akan

Erdem Akan is one of the most distinctive voices in Turkish design — a designer whose work synthesises East and West, tradition and contemporaneity, with rare fluency. Born in Istanbul in 1973 and educated in the United Kingdom, his practice spans interiors, products, and exhibition design, shaped equally by the organic complexity of Istanbul's streets and the purity of Scandinavian design. One of NUDE's longest-standing collaborators, designing for the brand since its inception, Akan approaches each piece as though creating it for himself — personal in sensibility, yet always aligned with NUDE's philosophy of contemporary simplicity. Neither nostalgic nor futuristic, his work is firmly rooted in the present: considered objects made precisely for the right now.
