CONDITION OF SALE

You are currently reading these terms and conditions on our US website with deliveries domestically, to Canada and to a selected amount of countries internationally.

PLACING AN ORDER:

• Find the product(s) you would like to purchase on NUDE’s website

• Select the color, size of your preference and click “Add to cart”

• Once you have added all products you would like, select the “Check out” option

• You will be asked to enter your shipping and billing details

• Review the order to see if all items and details are correct

• Press “Place order”

• You will receive an order confirmation via email to the email address you provided at the time of ordering

In the unlikely circumstance we would be unable to fulfill your order for whatever reason, an email will be sent to you on the email address you provided during time of ordering. Included will be the explanation of the issue that may have arisen.

We ask you to double check all details and information provided to ensure your order is correct. Once you have selected “Place order” the order will be submitted and we are no longer able to make any changes to the order.

NUDE reserves the right to reject or cancel your order fulfillment on all orders placed on Nudeglass.com:

We explicitly reserve the right to not accept your order in case of any of the following reasons:

• The product is not available / in stock

• Your billing information is not correct or not verifiable

• Your order has been suspected of fraudulent activity

• We could not deliver to the address provided by yourself

• Force Majeur

• In the event of misspelling, pricing, or other errors or mistakes in the website’s information

 

DATA CHECK

NUDE may run checks on your details before we ship your order. These checks may include verifying your address and payment details linked to the order. Any orders found made under fraudulent pretenses will be followed up with an investigation.

 

PRICES & CURRENCY

For our customers in the USA:
The product prices included on the website are excluding sales taxes. Shipping rates are applied per order.The exact shipping rates depend on the state / country where your order is being delivered.

For our customers in CANADA:

The product prices included on the website are excluding taxes and duties. 
Prices are indicated in local currency.
For applicable countries, duties & taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout. This means we can guarantee you no surprising costs upon delivery.
Delivery times and shipping costs are dependent on your shipping location and will be displayed in the check out.

For our INTERNATIONAL customers 

The product prices included on the website are excluding taxes and duties.
Prices are indicated in local currency.
For applicable countries, duties & taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout. This means we can guarantee you no surprising costs upon delivery.
Delivery times and shipping costs are dependent on your shipping location and will be displayed in the check out.

Prices may vary across our stores for US, EU and TR.. In some countries a currency exchange rate may be applied.

Price Changes:
NUDE reserves the right to change the price of a product without any forewarning. Any orders placed prior to this change cannot be amended to the revised price.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders made on the US website by NUDE are dispatched from the US location New Jersey. We ship within the USA, to Canada and a selected number of countries internationally.

SHIPPING TO USA

For domestic orders we have the policy of Free shipping above $100. All orders under $100 will have a $10 shipping cost applied. For certain states, such as New York and New Jersey, the sales taxes will be applied in checkout.

SHIPPING TO CANADA

For orders to Canada we have the following shipping policy:

Orders under $250 have a shipping fee of $30

Orders over $250 have a shipping fee of $20

 

• Duties and taxes are added at checkout, so there will be no surprise fees at delivery.

• Your order will arrive within one to five days, with express shipping and pre-customs clearance.

• All prices are in local currency and you will be able to use local payment methods at checkout.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL

We currently ship to the following countries from our US store and warehouse:

• Duties and taxes are added at checkout, so there will be no surprise fees at delivery.

• Your order will arrive within one to five days, with express shipping and pre-customs clearance.

• All prices are in local currency and you will be able to use local payment methods at checkout.

We ship from Monday to Friday excluding local public holidays.
We aim to get all the orders out for shipment within 24 hours of confirmation of payment. Tracking details, if applicable, are included in the dispatch email confirmation.

NUDE cannot be held accountable for parcels delayed for reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to the following reasons:

Customs, service strikes, civil commotion, riots, terrorist attacks or threat of a terrorist attack, weather, natural disasters, fire, epidemics, or failure of public or private telecommunications network.

 

GIFT CARD

Gift cards are only available for the US market.

Once a gift card has been issued, the card becomes the customer’s property. 

Gift cards cannot be used in the purchase of another gift card and they cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discount codes.

Gift cards within the USA have an expiration date of 1 year, 12 months. The gift card does not have to be spent all at once but may be used in various orders.

Gift cards are only valid in the store the card has been purchased from. E.g. gift cards purchased on the US store of NUDE may only be used in the US store. Gift cards are not valid outside Nudeglass.com.

If a gift card is used as payment, refunds will be refunded back to the original card and will not be refunded on the bank account of the customer.

 

DISCOUNT CODES

Only one discount code may be used per order.

NUDE reserves the right to refuse or cancel the use of a discount code without any further discussion.

The usage of discount codes are subject to stock availability and may be restricted by period.

 

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

Promotions may vary across stores and NUDE holds the right to limit the specific promotion to that specific store.
