The NUDE Heads Up collection is a collaboration with Nigel Coates — English architect and multi-disciplinary designer — and bears the hallmarks of his practice: formal austerity, balanced proportions, and a tactile intelligence that rewards the hand as much as the eye. A distinctive double curve detail is expertly moulded into a handblown crystalline glass base, bringing depth and grip to a streamlined silhouette. The collection spans wine, whisky, water, and champagne glasses, alongside serving bowls and centrepieces — a complete vision for the considered table.

Nigel Coates

Nigel Coates is one of Britain's most inventive architects, designers, and design thinkers; a creative whose work is defined by sensuality, fluidity of line, and an unwavering belief that function and aesthetics can coexist. His portfolio spans groundbreaking restaurant and retail interiors in Japan and Turkey, museum extensions in London, and high-end products for distinguished European brands. From 1995 to 2011 he led the Architecture Department at the Royal College of Art, and continues to shape architectural education at the London School of Architecture. He divides his time between the UK and Tuscany, where he has restored a 15th-century hilltop house in his own singular style. It is this intimate relationship with Tuscany, and its grand wines, that directly inspired his first collection for NUDE.
