Inspired by the floating silhouette of a hot air balloon, this NUDE Blow lamp by Tomas Kral presents a soft, essential silhouette crafted from lead-free crystal. The solid base is crowned with a milky white shade — the two components connected using simple rubber bands for a conceptual, barely-there finish.

Crafted from Lead-free crystal by hand, the Blow Lamp with Opal Top stands 8 + 7 3/4 inch tall with a diameter of 11 inch. Care: Handwash recommended.

Tomas Kral

Tomas Kral is a Swiss product designer based in Lausanne, whose practice is rooted in a deep preoccupation with materials, processes, and the possibilities of industrial production. He established his studio in 2008 while completing his third degree — in industrial, product, and luxury design — at the École Cantonale d'Art de Lausanne (ECAL). His working method is one of rigorous investigation: complex research distilled into pieces of exquisite simplicity, spanning tabletop objects, lighting, furniture, and accessories in glass, cork, and ceramic. A recipient of the Swiss Federal Design Award, Kral brings the same material intelligence and reductive clarity to his collaboration with NUDE — glassware that rewards close attention.
