The NUDE Ecrin collection draws its inspiration from the Earth Pyramids of Ritten — the ancient, towering rock formations of South Tyrol that rise from the landscape with quiet, geological authority. Each hand-crafted crystalline glass container echoes that drama: a commanding heavy base and curved profile topped with a colour-infused lid that recalls the distinctive silhouette of the Ritten peaks. Sebastian Herkner

Sebastian Herkner is a German designer born in Bad Mergentheim in 1981, whose work is defined by a rare ability to synthesize cultures, materials, and making traditions into objects of quiet distinction. He studied product design at the Offenbach University of Art and Design, where his interest in the intersection of new technologies and traditional craftsmanship first took shape. An internship at Stella McCartney in London deepened his sensitivity to materials, colour, structure, and texture; an influence that remains visible across his practice. In 2006 he opened his award-winning studio in Offenbach am Main, working across product, interior, exhibition, and museum design for leading international brands. Since 2007 he has also taught as a visiting lecturer at HfG Offenbach am Main.
